YutoriArt is operated from Germany. In accordance with § 5 TMG (Telemediengesetz) and applicable consumer law:

Responsible for content in the sense of § 55 Abs. 2 RStV: Alina Büchner. No VAT ID is displayed pursuant to § 19 UStG (small business).

Terms of Sale

By purchasing through this site you agree to these terms. Each painting is an original work; title and risk pass to you upon delivery. Prices are in EUR; payment is processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. pricing errors, availability).

Shipping & Returns

Paintings are shipped unframed, rolled in an archival tube with acid-free tissue, insured. Delivery is typically 5–7 business days (Germany and EU) and may be longer for international orders. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Due to the nature of original art, we do not offer returns unless the work arrives damaged. If your painting is damaged in transit, contact us at studio@yutori-art.de with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

Consumer Rights (EU / EEA)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or EEA, you may have a right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) under national law. For custom or made-to-order art and for sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery, the right of withdrawal may be excluded. We will honour applicable mandatory consumer rights; please contact us for any claim.

Privacy

We collect only what is necessary to process your order: email, billing and shipping details, and payment information. Payment data is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. We use your email to send order and shipping confirmations and, if you have opted in, occasional updates about new work.

We do not sell your data. For requests (access, correction, deletion, or data portability) or complaints, contact studio@yutori-art.de. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
